We work in 4 week cycles. You choose the frequency of your sessions per week. Each session lasts 40 minutes and takes place via Google Meet (no installation required).
Before starting, we conduct a 25-minute interview to assess your level and determine the ideal strategy for a successful learning process. This is necessary to join the program, as we will set your goals and the time necessary to achieve them.
Sessions begin one week after the interview. This time is needed to design your personalized experience, adjust schedules, and assign the most suitable program and teachers based on your evaluation results and goals.
You have a basic or intermediate knowledge of English but need to strengthen your grammar foundations and conversation skills.
You have a good understanding of English and want to perfect your fluency and pronunciation.
Choose between a fixed or flexible schedule. Cancel or reschedule up to 2 sessions per cycle with 24 hours’ notice.
Fixed schedule: Schedule all your sessions for the same day and time throughout the cycle. These sessions are booked in Google Calendar.
Flexible schedule: Every Friday, you can choose from the available time slots for the following week (subject to availability).
The program cost depends on the number of weekly sessions.
Full payment is required to reserve your spot. A three-instalment payment plan is available within the 4-week cycle.

NeoNative’s conversational sessions last 40 minutes. Since the interaction is strictly one-on-one, this time is optimal for effective learning.
Each session is one-on-one (one student and one teacher). The program is fully personalized.
Sessions are valid for 4 weeks from the first session. Students are granted one additional week only to recover one canceled session with a valid reason.
If you do not complete your sessions within the set period, they will be considered completed, with no right to a refund.
If you need to take a break, you must inform NeoNative at the beginning of the cycle so sessions can be scheduled accordingly.
A cycle is a 4-week period. After the initial assessment, teachers meet with the academic department to design a personalized program for the student.
Frequency refers to the number of sessions a student takes per week. You can choose to have one, two, or up to five sessions per week.
Not all students classified under the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) have the same strengths in different skills.
No textbooks are required. Your teacher will provide all necessary materials tailored to your learning needs.
All sessions are conducted on Google Meet, which can be used without additional installation.

Yes, if you pay for 3 cycles in advance, you will receive a 10% discount on the total cost. This discount is not compatible with other promotions.
In case of force majeure, such as a personal emergency, you must notify NeoNative before the session starts to evaluate the possibility of rescheduling.
All teachers in the native program are certified native English speakers specialized in communication.
We do not offer free trial sessions, but the initial assessment helps determine if the program is the right fit for you.

A personalized program & class schedule is designed at the beginning of the 4-week cycle. All sessions are scheduled via Google Calendar, and email reminders are sent to ensure students follow their selected schedule.
NeoNative operates on a prepaid system to ensure a well-structured learning experience. Once students decide to enroll, they must pay the full cost of the 4-week cycle before starting.
NeoNative offers students the flexibility to cancel or reschedule two sessions per cycle. The request must be made at least 24 hours in advance
Both Nathaly and Neil are polyglots and lifelong language learners. Their journey began as English teachers in China, where they also learned Mandarin. In 2019, Nathaly returned to Colombia, and Neil traveled there to visit. What started as a short trip quickly turned into something more permanent. When the pandemic hit, they found themselves unexpectedly staying in Colombia. Everything they had—jobs, a home, even a car—remained in China. They brought only their shared experiences, a deep love for language, and a desire to keep learning and growing.
The birth of their first child inspired them to create something meaningful—and so, NeoNative was founded.
They recognized a gap in the market: many English speakers didn’t need traditional classes focused on grammar, but rather, real, guided conversations to help them speak confidently and reach a professional level. These learners needed regular practice with native-speaking teachers who could offer immediate feedback and corrections in a supportive environment. Flexible Scheduling Options
Students may opt for a fixed schedule for the duration of the cycle or choose to schedule sessions weekly. For weekly scheduling, sessions must be booked every Friday for the upcoming week. Please note that this option is subject to availability.
